Viking’s largest yacht when she was introduced in 1981, the 46 Convertible was a great-selling boat for Viking thanks to her luxurious accommodations and enviable open-water performance. Built on a modified-V hull with cored hullsides and a shallow keel, the Viking 46 has a reputation for being an agile sea boat.  The posh interior of the 46, with its teak joinery, standard washer/dryer and built-in entertainment center, was considered very sophisticated in her day. A two-stateroom layout with a huge amidships master stateroom. Like all Viking fishing boats, the cockpit is set up for serious anglers with an array of top-quality fishing features. Topside, the flybridge is big for a 46-footer with a well-arranged helm console and seating for six.
